Taking pictures in Pattaya
Get your digital cameras ready, there are always plenty of great pictures to capture in Pattaya. Whether you are out at night among all the neon and friendly people, or wandering about the suburbs and coastal areas by day you’ll discover unique sites worth snapping. It’s polite to ask first before photographing people, but usually they don’t mind. Bar girls might however take exception to you blatantly photographing them, unless you make a fun event of it and get yourself included in the pic!
Numerous internet cafes are dotted about the city, where you can download your Pattaya pictures from your memory card. There are also plenty of photographic shops and even convenience stores should you need batteries or accessories.
Respect should be shown when taking pictures of Buddhist structures, make sure you don’t stand on walls or parts of sanctified structures, and dress respectfully when entering temples.
